TDC, Decontamination and Concentration Kit
TDC is a decontamination and concentration kit with appropriate materials to do the decontamination and concentration of sodium hydroxide – N-asetil-L-sistein in a safe way. TDC isolates mycobacterium from phlegm, broconalveolar lava, stomach fluid, pericardial, pleural, peritoneal fluids and urine for general laboratory use and enables working under microscope. This method kills other micro organisms that are possibly exist in laboratory samples and enables isolating more mycobacterium and liquefying samples like phlegm for sedimentation. TDC also prevents time and effort loss by disabling cross contamination.
After-process materials that are defined as biologically harmful can be defused by the disinfectant solution inside TDC.

ACL,Lowenstein Jensen Medium w/Antibiotics
ACL Kits are antibiotic containing Lowenstein-Jensen media that are produced to determine the sensitivity of mycobacterium to anti-tuberculosis drugs by proportion method. ACL Kit consists of a suspension tube with glass beads and two dilution tubes. These solution and tubes, that are sterilized, are not only help suspensions and dilutions to be made easily and accurately but also prevent the contamination that is mostly seen through this process. The shelf life of ACL Kits is 3 months.
Anti-tuberculosis drugs and their concentrations are Isoniazid 0.2µg/ml; Isoniazid 1µg/ml; Rifampicine 40µg/ml; Streptomycin 4µg/ml; Ethambutol 2µg/ml. Some researchers use also these concentrations: Rifampicine 20µg/ml; Streptomycin 8µg/ml; Ethambutol 4µg/ml.
